Rugby Philharmonic Choir is a flourishing choir of around 90 members. The choir has a strong affiliation to Rugby School where the choir holds concert performances in The Temple Speech Room.
In 2017, the Phil celebrated it’s 150th Birthday and is one of the oldest choirs in the town.
Musically, we work enthusiastically to develop an eclectic and varied repertoire that suits the tastes of a wide range of audiences, to include modern, classical, contemporary and operatic choral works.
The choir is made up of members of all ages and of mixed abilities. Rehearsals normally take place at the Temple Speech Room, Barby Road, Rugby, on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 – 9.30pm, between September and July.
New members are very welcome.
